Heard of it but don’t know how to play? That’s ok, we will have an instructor so come and find out what pickleball is all about.

Tai Chi and Qigong Class
Tai Chi is a non-competitive martial art taught mainly today as an exercise program. It is known for its health benefits and is comprised of gentle
physical movements, and light stretching with mindful intent. It has been shown to improve balance, fitness, flexibility, and to reduce the risk of falling for senior citizens.

We will be adding a segment of Qigong to the Tai Chi class. Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a traditional Chinese energy medicine practice
combining: breathing, movement, and meditation. The gentle rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. Modern research has found that it improves cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions.

To sign-up for this class stop by the Center or give us a call for more information!
